Our goal is to create life champions through the positive mental and physical development achieved through martial arts training. Sun Hang Do is for children, teens, men, women and families, it requires no previous experience to learn and enjoy. Sun Hang Do will benefit you in many ways and the best part is that it is fun and easy to learn.
The Super Kids Club improves focus, concentration, positive attitude and listening skills.
The Introductory Program develops mind & body with increased concentration, confidence, strength & flexibility.
From there students prepare for Black Belt Excellence in the Black Belt Club and receive special training in weapons, grappling, self defense, and weapon sparring in the Master Club.

History
Established in 2011.
Sun Hang Do Port Coquitlam opened it’s doors to the community in 2011 but Sun Hang Do has been strengthening communities across the lower mainland since 1989.
Meet the Manager
Kyung Won P.
Manager
Mr. Park trained in martial arts in Korea from a very young age and achieved black belts in three styles. He sold his martial arts school, moved to Canada and started training in Sun Hang Do in 2009. He is a certified second dan, a graduate of the Sun Hang Do instructor program, and the head instructor in Port Coquitlam. He has been instructing Sun Hang Do since 2011.
