IF I COULDGIVE A ZERO I WOULD. I had placed 3SEPARATE orders from 3SEPARATE companies at 3SEPARATE times within the past 4 weeks. As of December 14th, all 3 items were simultaneously marked as «out for delivery» which led me to assume that their arrival would shortly follow. One of these items is a textbook for a class which is now already in its second week… I am falling behind and my school grades could be affected which could end up costing me MUCH more than just a textbook; if I fail this course that is anther $ 700 that I will never see again all because of Canada Post. It is now the 18th and I still do not have my items, which are are still marked as «out for delivery». I contacted Canada Post, waited 20 minutes for them to pick up, notified them of my problem and was placed on hold for another 10 minutes. When the representative returned I was told that they do not have ANY information regarding my orders or their whereabouts. I inquired as to if they might sitting on a delivery truck somewhere and they said that they don’t usually leave products in a truck overnight. SO if my 3SEPARATE orders are not at the post office or on a truck… how exactly can they be out for delivery!!! FURTHERMORE, I was told that I would have to contact all 3 sellers myself in order have THEM call because I am legally«not allowed to open a complaint ticket»; why would a company who ALREADYHASMYMONEY bother contacting Canada Post… this is UNFAIRFORTHESHOPPER. Canada Post managed to lose ALLTHREE of my orders, placed at completely different times from various companies/locations and will not take ownership of it even though they were the last company to physical have the item. I did NOT choose Canada Post myself and I NEVEREVEREVEREVER will. Please note the emphasis in EVER***
