I claimed a refund for the fee I paid for this shipment. The cheque arrived Thursday.
It occurs to me that in the future, I should (whenever possible) use Canada Post as my very own Snail Mail Casino.
Here’s how it’ll work: Pay for a service with the next day guarantee and send the item. When it shows up after the delay, claim the fee paid. So far, I’m 3-​for-​5. That’s 60% late-​and-​refunded. Better odds than any game in any casino.
