This office appears to be missing the mark. First of all there are 4 Drs and 1 walk in clinician but all the receptionists are out front and you can hear everything that goes on and they dont seem to communicate with each other very well
When you send an elderly patient who came in to get the results from an X-​ray on her hip and pelvis from one receptionist to another receptionist at the walk in clinic and the elderly lady has to go through the same thing she just went through it is frustrating for the pt.
The fact that I know why she is here as well as why the other 10 people who have come in behind me seems to be wrong.
I haven’t even seen the Dr yet but I expect to wait
