I love my video games if you know me, .Jason and the staff were pre warned I was coming out, so they could have been putting on an act, but I like to think I’m a pretty good judge of character and know when people are «faking it». Albert seemed to be a genuinely friendly guy and knew his stuff real well. While I was questioning him, the other staff members interacted well with other customers that came in and out of the store and they all seemed very willing to help out, They answered everyones questions quickly and helped them find whatever they were looking for… great store very helpful and knowledgable, nice atmosphere too,

Had two horrible experiences at this Pitt Meadows location and will never return again. First experience was I returned a game (with receipt) and the refund never went back on my MasterCard. Thank goodness I checked my bill a month later. They were completely rude and unhelpful about it, even though they technically were the ones who screwed up. I had to chase the manager around and made 3 trips to the store to get it straightened out.
My second awful experience was again, making a return and the girl who did the refund said the new policy with returns had to be on a gift card. Thought this was ridiculous because I had a receipt… but I said okay. Found out a week later this girl was new and had no idea what she was talking about. Horrible location, terrible customer service. Haven’t gone back since!

Good selection… that is all.
