A FANTASTIC little thrift shop in Picton, with lots of fun little treasures. I have decided that this is the place I will now donate to because every bit of profit goes towards the local hospital and a hospice house and everyone working there is a volunteer and so incredibly lovely it was kind of surreal.
I feel like I have been jaded by thrift stores, where a second hand IKEA vase costs more at Value Village than it does at IKEA, but not the case the the Second Time Around Shop.
So, just putting this out there, but if you have nice things that you are ready to donate, maybe make a trip to Picton and help out the community there.
