Business Owner
Marijanna Zimmer was raised within a family business which served special needs youth and adults among other clientele. Early on in life, Marijanna learned the challenges a family faces when caring for a loved one with an illness when her beloved mother struggled with cancer. It was in the midst of taking care of her father, who had Parkinson-plus syndrome, that a professional caregiver was provided. This change made a major difference in the quality of life of both her father and her family.
Her belief is that everyone’s life can be improved even in very difficult times. Marijanna is motivated to provide professional caregivers who will enhance the lives of seniors whose choice is to remain in their home and maintain their independent lifestyle. She is proud to say her clients can expect the exceptional standards Retire-at-Home is known for.
