There is always a massive lineup at the cash, and it’s frustrating to watch staff wander around the store when they could be helping customers. Staff aren’t very knowledgeable about the products, and it’s never easy to find someone to ask for help when you need it.

I recently visited a different location (near me) and the staff was not very helpful, so I thought I would call Pickering location.
Not only did I speak with someone right away, Celeste was very helpful with my questions and put the knitting needles that I was in search for on hold (they only had one left in stock)
