Flavour of Lanka is a home based catering service which specializes in healthy boxed stir fries of rice, noodles and roti. We infuse all of our meals with both Sri– Lankan and International flavours and with fresh herbs and spices. The food choices offered are healthy with some being Gluten free and special kids menu.

Established in 2013.

Located in the City of Peterborough, Flavour of Lanka offers services to businesses, schools, families and individuals within the city limits.

The growing need for ethnic food due to the high student population from different parts of Ontario as well as the increasing amount of multicultural society in Peterborough gives Flavour of Lanka confidence to take this to the next level in the Peterborough area.

Anne Solomons, the owner and operator of Flavour of Lanka has a

Science background with the knowledge of Food science and Microbiology.

This helps Anne to individualize her service to provide her customers with healthy, nutritional lunches. Anne has won the hearts of her friends, co-​workers and family with her traditional Sri Lankan recipes, and exceptional customer service.

Anne offers flavourful dishes without compromising the nutritional value of the food to the City of Peterborough. All of her recipes have been used in her family for generations and each dish is made to order with fresh exotic herbs and spices.
