History

Established in 2008.

As third owner of Pender’s main kayaking outfitter (previously Kayak Pender Island and Mouat Point Kayaks), new ownership and name took place in 2008 and in 2009 established the best paddling launch point of the Penders. Our philosophy has remained true for the 25+ years of paddling we have collectively offered: We are dedicated to safe paddling. Our Sea Kayak Guides Alliance of BC certified guides are knowledgeable in boat safety, natural history, navigation, and sea kayaking of course! Our equipment meets or exceeds Transport Canada requirements.



We guarantee to show you a great time while keeping you very safe! We paddle our beginner tours in some of the most protected waters of the Penders, where there are no ferries or large vessels to contend with!

Business Owner

Jay and Emily are in their realm when they are on the Salish Sea! With 12 years on Pender Islands for Jay and Coast Salish history and connection with Emily, we are extremely knowledgeable in the waters of the Salish Sea and it’s companion land masses. They have two small children that are going to gather a plethora of knowledge and respect for nature and Mother Earth.
