Dixie Smoke and Gift

I guess I’m used to shopping where people say Thank You. The two women at the cash where talking in Korean. Just snatched the money from my hand. I will not be back. I will spend my money where they have manners and appreciate my patronage.

Horrible service. The owners are rude, and not customer service oriented. Quite frankly they do disservice to Canada Post and their public image. I had an experience where as my new internet provider shipped my router but I never got the notice. SO when I called they indicated that it is available at the post office outlet near Dixie Mall. Long and behold I showed up at the wrong location! so immediately headed to Dixie Smoke and Gift outlet just to arraive right at closing time. I needed the router for the following business day as it was the last day that I could get my internet installed before Christmas. Pleaded with owner to release my package but he would not budge. Quite on the contrary was extremely rude and stand-​offish. In short, the worst experence I ever had with Canada Post. Unfortunately it is my new neigbourhood postal office so I have to continue to go there for anything mailed to me Canada Post… argh!
