Beach Acres Resort is a year round Waterfront Resort located in Parksville BC Canada. 23 Acres of Oceanfront property located on Beautiful Rathtrevor beach. The warmest waters north of California and most temperate climate in Canada. We have a very low density of 72 – 2 bedroom cottages, all with fireplaces and full kitchens. The resort has a pool, spa, 3 tennis courts, sand volleyball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and badminton. Our beach is a kilometer long and is a very safe sandy beach for small children. History

Established in 1948.

Beach Acres Resort was created in 1948 and evolved into a family run Resort until 1980. The Resort property was then purchased and redeveloped into a family Resort with 72 Cottages, pool and tennis courts. Parents and their children have been coming back to Beach Acres Resort since the early 1950“s. There is a 6000 square ft Maclure designed building on site sometimes used as a Restaurant or a B&B. Beach Acres Resort has been honored as the best Resort/​hotel of the year by the Northwest Commercial Travellers Association. Also Beautiful BC magazine voted the Resort as one of their favourite Resort in BC.

I, along with my wife have owned Beach Acres Resort since 1990. Owning and operating this Resort has been an incredible experience. It is such a beautiful property and has such great History, much more than I could write here,(much more information on our website). We have a very low density at Beach Acres with about 3.5 units per acre. We are zoned for 25 – 30. I have a feeling my family will never want me to sell, and that is fine with me.
