Established in 2012.
In a 1865 church in downtown Palgrave Ontario, The *Caledon Supper Club resurrected the former assembly building into The Church Public Inn. Under the guidance of Terry Cutts and partner Clarise Chauvin *CSC found chef Glenn Allen who to this day is responsible for the daily service and the culinary direction of the corporation.

a contractor in Toronto, Terry has built more than 100 restaurants in the GTA. and with his involvement in the Junior Culinary Team Canada as cultural ambassador 1995 – 2000 his team went on to win culinary gold in the world cup, european cup and the culinary olympics. So when a beautiful assembly building in his home town went up for sale, he bought it, combining both of his lives to create «the best of both worlds» in The Church Public Inn.
