History

Established in 1987.

Hotel was built in 1987 as an independent hotel named Inn on the Bay with 60 guest rooms and a full service restaurant. In 1994 it was purchased by another group that franchised the hotel under Best Western Inn on the Bay. In 2003, an addition was added with 40 more guest rooms and conference space for up to 180 guests.
