Their service is spotty at best. One time last year they didn’t come back after the city plow had blocked the drive, and my wife could not get her car in, resulting in a parking ticket. Although they generally get the initial plowing job done ok, getting them to come back and do the walk (as per our contract) requires a number of phone calls. Yet the neighbour across the street is done!
They advertise being a member of the Better Business Bureau, and I am considering filing a complaint.

They were ok last year except they did the doorsteps 1 out of 3 times. Worst client service ever, don’t bother calling for complaints.

I’ve used their services three years ago, but had to contact them again this year after we experienced massive snow deposits twice (so far) this year. They only charged me for the time I’ll be using their services (January to April 2013) instead of making me pay for a whole year. I really appreciated that.
They claim to have the largest fleet of tractors in Ottawa to reduce response times.
