Huiping Iler I.

Business Owner

Huiping Iler is the founder and president of wintranslation. She started the business in June 1998 as a home-​based, one-​woman operation and built it into a million dollar business. Having led the company through fourteen consecutive years of profitable operations, in 2008, Iler was one of a select group of businesspeople who received the highly regarded Ottawa’s «Forty Under 40» award. Iler is a Certified Localization Professional after completing an intensive Localization Certification Program offered by the Localization Institute. Iler also completed additional courses and training and is now recognized as a Certified Terminology Manager by the European Certification and Qualification Association (ECQA) and the International Network for Terminology.
