Amazing pizza and amazing service. They set up under a small tent on Beechwood twice a week (Thursday evening and Saturday around noon) and cook fresh pizza in a wood oven! They use delicious ingredients so both the toppings and the thin crust are absolutely perfect. The menu rotates a bit, but every pizza is fantastic. I had the margherita pizza and added prosciutto, which was fabulous. I also tried the pepperoni pizza and a vegetable pizza, ordered by the other people I was with. All three pizzas were equally delightful. And the people who run the stand couldn’t be kinder. :) I highly recommend this pizza place!

Pizza from a trailer hitch???
YES PLEASE!!!
I was at a food show in New Ed awhile back and saw people lined up for a trailer. Being intrigued I had to come by to see what was here. Low and behold it was a pizza oven within a trailer!
I checked out the menu and ordered a pizza which I currently don’t remember but it definitely had meat and buffalo mozzarella. The pizza was pretty solid and reminiscent of the style of pizza that I really enjoy. Thin crust, cooked with almost perfect crust. The toppings were ok and the sauce was ok. I think if they work on some of the recipes this truck will be amazing.
They currently only cater and you may see them around Ottawa events!
