History

Established in 2004.

After having taken care of my children and knowing that in the back of my mind I wanted to do something like massage therapy, I found reflexology. I started in a very small village and after a period of time came to Ottawa. I like helping people. This is a way to help reduce stress which is huge in our society.

I studied at the School of Complementary Therapies in Ottawa, Ontario. I started with foot reflexology, then hand and also anatomy and physiology. I enjoy helping people feel better. Good health is something that is very important to all and so I enjoy helping others attain theirs.
