Does not do what they promise, we had our portable air conditioner serviced by these idiots, they were supposed to grease the parts and clean the grid on the intake hose, nothing was done, our unit came back dirty and sounding just as bad as it left our house. I’m glad that this was through extended warranty through best buy because I am never calling this company for services, they just flat out lie about what they are going to do. That is a guaranty and the nail on the coffin for best buy, because I’m never buying anything in this store ever. Best buy is wondering why they are closing stores, with shitty service like this with companies they associate with, no wonder. I will be buying another air conditioner, you can be damned guaranteed it is not going to be best buy. You’ll never see my money again best buy.
