Having eaten a lot of phở in my lifetime, from Vancouver to New York to Toronto, I would say this one is one of the better
Phở places out there. A small hidden place with Vietnamese owners that don’t speak much English. Service is really good– they came by and checking to ask us how our meal was. They even let us in 1 hour before the opening time (9am instead of 10am).
The phở soup is really good, better than the phở thu do across the street i’d say. The portions are not as huge but the soup and meat is worth it! I tried the phở across the street and being a fan of rare beef in my soup I was able to get it here. 5* for service and taste but would be better if the portions were bigger for the price :)
