This is the place to go. Its what every other martial arts studio in Ottawa strives to be. Fantastic kids program, including an afterschool program that picks them up at school. Amazing adult programs, whether you’re training for a competition or training for your own goals. Every body «type» welcome, its not just for gym rats who are already in shape.
