Nice One Nails is a successful franchise which started over 20 years ago in Toronto. Our location on Carling avenue in Ottawa started in Spring 2011

They’ll do a decent job of your nails (though a bit messy with shellac) but they’ll take forever to see you. Even if you have an appointment set up you’ll have to wait 30 minutes (at least) to have someone see you. And they have very indifferent service for what you’re paying. Skip it and go to a real spa where you’ll pay a tiny bit more and get infinitely better service and better quality nails.

I have been to another location of this franchise, but apparently they are independently owned, so I will write a separate review. This location is right beside the Coliseum movie theatre. It was nice, clean, and the staff were nice. I got a shellac manicure from the MOD and it was a good experience overall. She was nice, it was clean, and the product was nice. Good hand massage. I will be back! :)

My daughter and I did a drop in visit. The place was very clean and the workers friendly. We enjoyed the service and loved the leg massage. I would totally recommend this business.
