I was fortunate enough to train here from ’99-’01 and what I took with me was a lifetime of great memories. Minto supports its competitive skaters and gives them the opportunities to get out there and be seen as well as the tools to deal with the ups and downs that inevitably follow. I may not have reached my ultimate goal but my name is probably still on the Nationals ’01 pendant hanging from the ceiling in the Don Jackson rink and that’s enough for me.
