I have been a customer here for many years. Staff is very knowledgable and polite and attend to your every need. Prices are very reasonable. The spa including manicures and pedicures are fantastic. I moved to Barrhaven and decided this place was too far. I tried different hair stylist and nothing compared to Il Paradiso so I went back. I don’t mind driving a bit for such great service! Definitely recommend!

I thought that this place would be nice because I have been to the Billings Bridge which is gorgeous, but boy was I wrong. The tools were«budget» brand, my nails were filed improperly(I had to even then out in the car), the pedicure station was basically a shower, the polish bottles were in a big messy basket. Not hygienic. Dusty and dirty. I wouldn’t go back, not even for free.
