Highways replaced a smaller and more compact smoke shop in October of 2003. We have served the downtown Ottawa area of local residents, students and visiting tourists for over 10 years with quality smoking and vaping products.

High Ways is one of Ottawa’s local hemp product shops. They sell salvia, which is legal in Canada, and shisha in different flavors, as well as other smoking paraphernalia, such as hookahs, bongs, and pipes in different materials, including glass, metal, and plastic. They also sell smoking/​rolling papers that are made out of tobacco (blunt wraps), paper, or organic self-​sealing material, also in many different flavors, such as cognac, chocolate, mint, and blueberry.
The store is very small. I’ve only ever seen one, maybe two, people working at the counter. The man that I see there the most is pretty standoffish, but knowledgeable and generally willing to help.
You can usually find whatever you’re looking for here, though don’t expect to find a very good bargain. Prices are very high, especially for hookahs and bongs.
