Very much an «old style» gaming store with inventory crammed in every possible spot of vertical or horizontal place. It has the look of a shop that’s been there as long as the hobby has been around. The store was cluttered but well organized, lighting could use some work, but the breadth and depth of inventory is pretty much unmatched by any other store I saw in the city. The staff were friendly and quite knowledgeable. Wargames, board games, roleplaying games — this place has pretty much everything a hobbyist gamer could want all in one place. If you’re looking for a specialist hobby shop in Ottawa this is the place to go. There is a small private lot ’round back if you’re quick enough to catch it; the entrance is easily missed.

Went here looking for a game I was having trouble finding, and found everything I was looking for. Overall a good store with lots of stuff, at a good price.

Fandom II is one of the few things that might ever tempt me back to Ottawa. A grat store that carries a huge stock of material from the past few decades of gaming, and has a knowledgeable helpful staff. Everytime I despair of finding a good gaming store in the world, I think of this place.

In a city Ottawa’s size, its usually difficult finding a supplier for role playing games, tabletop strategy games, collectible card games, and things in that genre. Even if you can find a spot, you’ve still got an uphill battle if you’re into anything obscure. Enter Fandom 2, a gamers paradise. If these guys don’t carry it, it doesn’t exist.
