Simply amazing! Out first purchase was in 2003. Blinds for all the windows, except for the basement. Now that our basement reno is complete, needed a blind for the window. Obvious choice was Blinds To Go. Also needed to get some of the roller blinds repaired. Blinds were dropped off on Friday APril 10^th. Got a call the morning of April 12^th that everything was ready, INLCLUDING the new blind! We installed everything ourselves without any issues whatsoever. Will happily recommend Blinds To Go to all our friends and family! :)

Re: Order #27 159, 08 Aug 2014. The installer arrived, no level, to install seven blinds. Two were defective. They were replaced, one defective, sent back and replaced. Used «eyeball» method to install blinds. The centre blind of a triple window was not centred on that window. I was told a different installer would come and see my problem between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on October 28. He never showed up or phoned. I have since relocated the blinds as they should have been installed. To make matters worse, I tried the «Contact Us» tab on
. It kept responding by saying all my data was rejected-my name, phone number, email address order number, everything.‘ The $ 140 install charge was a complete waste. This company will not be recommended by me to anyone.

They have great prices and when you go in, you can view tons of samples. It’s a great place to shop. The service is very good as well. They’ll come and measure all your windows for a really reasonable price. They have promos, and I shopped around to find the best blind prices (even among big box stores) and they had the best prices.

I went in with an idea of what I wanted. Salesperson was great, she pointed me in the right direction and answered all my questions. Blinds came in within a couple of days and they look fantastic. I should mention this is my second time dealing with this company. First time was equally great. Would definitely recommend for those looking for custom blinds.
