We strive to remain small and independent. On large or remote projects we employ technology and advanced communications to partner with other professionals.

Specialties: Urban infills, barrier-​free design, «low-​carb» architecture (affordable sustainable), office fit– ups, feasibility studies, visual presentations (perspectives, parametric models and studies), condominiums (reserve fund studies, exterior and interior upgrades)

History

Established in 2001.

Following his work with several local architectural firms such as GRC Architects, Richard Limmert Architect and Christopher Simmonds Architect Pawel in 2001 Pawel decided to open his own architectural office.

Meet the Business Owner

Pawel J.

Business Owner

Graduated from the architecture program at Carleton University in 1991. Since 1997 he is a licensed architect, a member of the Ontario Association of Architects and Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. Pawel taught ArchiCAD and Advanced Visual Communications at Algonquin College. He also wrote a design column for Canadian Disabilities magazine. Pawel served as a Councillor for Eastern Ontario on the Ontario Association of Architects Council and as a Director on Pro-​Demnity Insurance Board of Directors. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Valley Bid Depository.
