Arif Enterprises

I found out about Arif Enterprises through an Internet search while I was a student at Carleton, looking for an apartment to rent in the Sandy Hill area for the school year.
I was in contact with Ash Arif, who, I’m assuming, is the owner or one of the main managers of the company. We tried to talk on the phone a few times, but because of our hectic schedules and different city locations at the time, we e-​mailed much more. He was really great at answering all of my questions in a timely manner and keeping me updated on the availabilities and renovations of properties we were interested in. Since we needed my dad to co-​sign, he was also very good at making sure everything was organized and in order before we moved in. He also let me know if he changed his contact information and gave me any and all details I needed.
I really found their website to be a great resource as well. They post current residential and commercial rentals, with a short description, address, price, and pictures of each property. They’ve also recently redone their website to include a downloadable rental application, frequently asked questions section, and other information.
