Great store, good service. I find that Skyfox has a great environment for gameplay, the pokemon league and magic tournaments are fun and have a great turn out usually and the prices are fairly close to what you can find online. I know skyfox to go above and beyond from what I’ve seen for customers, I traded in a bin full of cards one day and they took their time to go through and pay attention to what I wanted to get rid of. All in all I never have a problem with this store and am a frequent visitor.

I used to think this was a great store with friendly staff. Then I found out that one of the managers told an autistic boy they didn’t want him to come play in tournaments because his presence might upset other customers.
A disgusting store that has no consideration or accommodations for customers with disabilities. Don’t try coming here if you’re in a wheelchair or have difficulty with steps. They have no access. Skyfox will no longer get my business. I used to put down several hundred dollars a month here. I’ve since found far better places in Oshawa and Whitby to spend my money.
