Bicycles Plus

I just picked up a new road bike that was reduced because it was during the Trek Summer sale. Rob was really helpful guiding me on selecting the right size and best bike for my budget. I had a fitting with John and I feel like he made the bike very comfortable for me. John has over 30 years of experience working in bike shops and is very skilled at bike fitting. He took his time doing several measurements and making adjustments. I like that they focus on a few brands of bikes (primarily Trek — the world’s largest bike company) and so know their products really well. One thing that convinced me to by from them and not the other shop down the street was meeting another customer in the store who spoke very highly of the staff and his many years’ relationship with them («like a family doctor you trust»).

Went to their Bike Swap today. It was awesome! Good high quality bikes at very fair prices. Had a few accessories on at great prices too.
It was busy but the support staff was calm, comfortable, friendly, and helped move things along.
There were quite a few biking enthusiasts there who seemed to know the staff quite well.
I will go back to this shop again.
