This is our go-to pub in Orleans. Lots of beer selection and weekly beer on tap from local Brewers. Friendly staff and good food!

Corner Bar & Grill is now open. It is located right next to the Domino’s Pizza, in the same parking as the GoodLife Fitness. The first thing you notice when you come inside is the large black board with a great variety of local beer listed on it. It was a nice read while we waited to be seated, which wasn’t very long. First, the food. The menu is very simple and includes daily specials. I really enjoy the Pub Club which isn’t double decked like most clubs. I have tried most of the sides with my favourite being the daily soup or caesar salad. I would not recommend the fries. They taste like the frozen kind and tend to stick together. Now for the beers. It is so nice to finally have a place in Orléans with a strong selection of beer, particularly in micro-brews. They have several featured beers, some only available for a period of time. This really feel like a neighbourhood place to meet up and have a few beers and a bite to eat. However be warned they have a tendency of playing the most obscure sports on their television. I’ve been there a few times and it never seems to be the same thing playing. It can go from hockey, soccer, football to curling, dog shows and lumberjack challenges.
