Thought I’d write a review, as this company sells many Groupons/​deals and I couldn’t find any reviews. I booked a Living Social coupon ($ 99 for 10 ducts), as I have about 10 ducts (condo). I bought the condo last year, so had no idea if the ducts needed cleaning (the previous owner had a cat though).
It took a while to get an appointment, but it was booked quickly (for a week later). They were very good at giving me all of the info (what was included/​what isn’t, etc). The technician was pretty much on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained the whole process of what he would do, included me in showing me the before/​after for one of the vents. Before starting he gave me a quote on additional costs (extra for cold-​air/​hot air intakes, etc). I ended up paying $ 25 for 2 cold-​air intakes which were not included.
Overall, the experience was very good although the technician was clear early on that I barely had anything to clean in my vents. I have some from the ceiling, and those were not cleaned at all. So overall, he probably cleaned about 5 – 6 ducts (took less than an hour), yet I had to pay for the 10 and the extra 2 intakes. Not a big deal, as regular price (I had gotten quotes from other companies) would have been in the $ 300 range. But it felt a bit done quickly, although that might just be as there was not much to clean. They did seem honest about it, so will give them the benefit of the doubt!
