Best eggs benedict I’ve ever had! The server was courteous and extremely accommodating. I will certainly be back!

Went here while in town for the Pan Am Games. Great dinner with fresh local food! Such interesting eclectic décor and the servers were very personable. We were drawn here due to their participation in the 2015 Equiart Gallery

Upscale, modern atmosphere. Thoughtful menu. Good service. As part of a group of four, we decided to try the recently opened Rustik for the first time. Occupying the same space as the previously popular ‘One99’, it was easy to allow our preconceptions influence our impression. What we found however was that Rustik is clearly different, and different in a good way. The poignant but diverse menu obviously focused on locally sourced ingredients. This thoughtful approach to wholesome dining was supported by the ‘rustic’ wood accents and decorations throughout the restaurant. The wait staff was professional, but casual and friendly — a combination that feels perfect for the location and class of restaurant. A couple of tips: If you’re making a reservation, the seating upstairs feels private and interesting. The wine list is well conceived; it’s easy to find a pair for your meal. The cheese plate is an excellent appetizer for a small group. A couple of things that I wish they did differently: The ability to make online reservations. Draft beer. Cans and bottles are available, but this feels like the type of place that should have regionally brewed beer on tap.
