In addition to monuments, Serenity in Granite can create an infinite selection of granite pieces from benches, signs, community memorials, historical markers, veteran memorials, cemetery columbariums, golf course signage and markers, etc.

History

Established in 2003.

It is from personal experience, working with my Dad in our local cemetery, pouring concrete and setting up monuments that inspired me to start Serenity in Granite.

Choosing a memorial can be a difficult task, but it doesn’t have to be. I am passionate about educating and guiding my families through the process making it as easy as possible on them. We understand that the grieving process is different for each individual and only you know when you are emotionally ready to make a monument purchase, without pressure from any monument company.

Supporting the Canadian economy is very important to me. I have partnered with companies that provide quality products, CANADIAN made, whenever possible. Keeping in mind that price is important, but customer satisfaction is even more important to the survival of our company.

I have been self employed since my early 20’s and always in sales and customer service. I consider customer service to be the number one priority for my business. That combined with quality products at a fair price, is what I look for when I make a large purchase and this is what I offer to each and every family that I work with. Since a good portion of my business is from «word of mouth» recommendations or referrals from previous customers, we continue to work hard so you are completely satisfied with the memorials we create.

On a personal note, I know that this is what I was meant to do for a career. I say this because working with families to create a lasting tribute for their loved one is the «most feel good» thing I have ever done. Gaining your trust and respect is of utmost importance to me, because your final gift of a memorial to your loved one can offer you some «peace of mind». And that makes me feel good to.
