As Personal Trainers, Yoga Teachers and Group Fitness Instructors Gary and Simone Hodgkinson have an extensive background in Health and Fitness and are passionate about ‘real food’. We started The British Chippy because we missed British Style Chips, but as we go into it, we decided to add our passion for natural, home made, organic food.
We wanted to create a place where we could confidently take our children, a place where we knew the food was ‘real’ and free of anything artificial. And of course being British and coming from a family that owned Fish & Chip shops in the UK, it had to be a Chippy!
