A graduate of The University of Western Ontario and Wilfrid Laurier University, John entered public practice in 1980. After articling with Touché Ross & Co, John worked for the Government of Ontario for eight years before he founding JMA Group

Specializing in owner managed businesses, detailed tax planning and providing clients with a solution-​driven approach to their professional obstacles, John has grown the firm to what it is today. As a business leader in the community and trusted advisor to corporate executives and business owners alike, John has built his reputation as a visionary leader, entrepreneur and businessman.

The focus of John’s practice centers around delivering value to clients by improving operating results, minimizing resulting income taxes and planning for future financial needs.
