Nothing ever gets done, and when it does, it takes months and months, with multiple work orders. It’s a gong show and very frustrating. What do I have to do? Quit my job in order to be able to take the time to harass these people to fix things? These aren’t minor things either. Not impressed at all.
There is a new property manager, and things seems to be getting addressed faster at least, so I increased the review to 3 stars.

Forest Hill, Canada
About 1550 Bathurst street, Brian is one of the best superintendent in Toronto, he works so hard and the building is always super clean. Those who wouldn’t dare to use their real name but spread rumour would be seen as cyber bullying.
