What a horrible experience I had here!
I usually ALWAYS feel welcomed at disney stores.
This time it was a Saturday & I was looking for a pocahontas doll for my girlfriend, the manager told me they were sold out.
He told me they were on sale & probably all gone.
I found 1 at the front on display and another one higher up.
The box I got was dented, in hope to get the one at the top as this was a gift.
When I asked the cashier if there’s extras in the back, the cashier paiged and the manager quickly responded to me (No, we do not discount dented boxes). I didnt even ASK for a discount! I was asking for another box, and he said No, were sold out.
I told him theres 1 at the top but out my reach, and he says I cannot get a ladder to help you right now.
How ridiculous! The first time I have EVER walked out furious from a disney store. How was that a magical experience?! Not even close…
