Studio Maya is a multifaceted facility with a fun, new approach to a healthy, well rounded lifestyle! We strongly believe, that if you LOVE what you do, you will WANT to continue doing it which will ultimately lead to success in reaching any health and fitness goals!
At our studio, instead of relying on equipment, we know it is far more important to focus on functional, practical movement that can be applied to everyday life. We offer three main types of classes, Yoga (both hot and room temperature); Pilates (core muscle conditioning); and UrbanTone, our innovative FUN approach to interval training to meet all three components — the sweat, strengthen, and stretch– of any fitness routine!
