Rotten Food, Non-Responsive Management: Ordered a pizza & wings combo dinner from Panzerotto Pizza and the wings were spoiled and rancid. Called back to the central phone number and was told by the operator that all they could do was send me another order of wings. I instead requested either a credit on account for a future order, deliver another food item of equal value, deliver me my $ 10 and pick up the rotten wings, but I was no longer interested in eating wings, especially since I was only able to get deliveries from that same store that the rotten ones came from. She told me she could only send me a replacement order of wings(from the same store), or authorize a $ 5 voucher as a credit for my approximately $ 11 worth of rotten wings — I could not have another food item delivered other than wings. As this was unacceptable to me, I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to a voicemail, where I left a message for the manager. I then phoned back, since I had hungry guests and wanted a resolution. I requested and spoke to a customer service rep, who seemed sympathetic and suprised by my story and offered to help by putting me through to her supervisor, which was another voicemail, where I left another message. I tried one last time, got the first woman again, was forwarded to another voicemail, where I left another message. A week passed and I didn’t hear back from anyone, so I called, repeated the cycle, and left a scathing message on the voicemail of the senior manager, and still to this day, more than 6 months later have never received either a return call or my $ 10 back! NOTE — The wings were rotten and rancid, the pizza was tough and tasteless, the potato wedges were dry frozen garbage — do yourself a favour and don’t order from Panerotto Pizza EVER!
