Fast, friendly and efficient customer service. I walked in with a broken pair of Maui Jim sunglasses that were not bought at this store. The clerk filled out a repair form, mailed them to Maui Jim for me, and I had them back less than a week later. I only paid $ 20 for shopping and handling.
A week after, they called to tell me they tracked down the nose pads I asked about for another set of Maui Jim glasses. I came in and they replaced them for me free of charge.
