Mr Rooter has done a terrific job at our new house which had many plumbing issues. Carey fixed the pipes in my laundry room and moved my sink to surprise me. Justin and Apprentice fixed the mistakes from the backwards plumber. Waqas and Camillo replaced my cast iron pipe and along with the digging crew they also went through the crawl space to fix everything that was not done properly. Ken and Fred would drop by to make sure everything was going well and made sure that my house was in good hands. THANKS

Helped us out of a jam on a long weekend the day we came back from holidays! It was a disaster and they made it all better, superb prompt service exactly as promised. Surprised to see bad reviews, maybe they upped their game. I will use them again, trust them completely to do a great job.

They told me over the phone that it would be a free estimate. But I was charged $ 150! luckily I didn’t pay. This is fraud. I would never do business with these guys.

Within an hour or so of the rude plumber issue, the owner called me, apologized and sent a different plumber the next day with no charge for the evening visit (only if we would get work done we’d be charged). This plumber was very courteous and honest — if something may have been under warranty he told us to try getting a replacement through the company first. He gave us an estimate for the job. I don’t know if I’ll use them for the job or not, but this incident tells me they have great customer service, but may need some consistency with their plumbers’ customer interaction training — the first one was terrible and the second one was great.

We had a clog and a broken valve begin to leak in the evening. I called 4 different «24÷7» plumbing companies to see who would be able to come out. Mr. Rooter was the only company to actually call me back /​answer the phone.
We scheduled an appointment and Rick came on scheduled time. He was efficient, clean, and did what he was asked to do. He was very helpful in providing us a number of tips on how to avoid future problems. The pricing, while not exactly the cheapest, was laid out clearly based on the service being provided (as opposed to per hour timing), and agreed to by me before service was performed (NO SURPRISES!).
Overall, I was happy with the level of service we were given and would use them again in the future.

I have used Mr Rooter in the past and they always impress me. Today’s problem was a main drain clogged, which required the toilet to be moved. Since Travis M found the problem was cracked pipes and not roots as I thought, he strongly suggested replacing the cracked pipe. We have planned to do this for the last bit, so we aren’t hesitant to do it this time. While the pipe replacing job is on the expensive side, it will save us from calling back to move the toilet and do another round of scoping. A really nice gesture was waiving today’s job for going ahead with the pipe replacement. I would have paid for both jobs without thinking about it. I hope that tomorrow’s job goes over as well as today’s.
Time wise, Travis showed up after 3 hours of me calling, which isn’t too bad, pretty typical in my books. The whole job took about an hour, which isn’t too shabby.

Absolutely terrible. I called them for a stopped toilet. They gave me a two hour window and they said they would certainly be there before the end of the window. After 2 hours, they called me and said the driver wasn’t picking up. After 2.5 hours, I called and they said the driver wasn’t picking up. The operator didn’t seem to care much that they were not coming to fix the plumbing issue, operating under a total non-​nonchalant, uncaring attitude. After 3 hours, the operator said that he had no idea what was happening, he called the owner and the owner didn’t seem to care. Then the operator said that most people probably just hang up by now, like that had happened many times.
