Walked. Waited in a horribly long line while all the employees are running around cleaning the store. I know it’s an hour before closing but come on, the line was folded and wrapped around the bags. Finally this nice girl comes to help the other two cashiers. I bought a sweater for my wife, closed out and saw there was empty gift cards stacked up to the side. I asked politely if I could have one, my daughter loves them to play shopping with. They acted like I had killed a cat, and the other cashier said very loudly«no» like I am a five year old for her to chastise, ima 40 year old man, no need to tea me like that, if it’s such a horrible thing to give me an empty gift card, that has no use, then politely tell me that. No need to embarrass somebody. My family and our dollars will not ever enter an h&m again.
