Every Last Detail

We purchased a voucher for «Complete Auto Detailing and Reconditioning Service at Every Last Detail» earlier this year.
We attempted to contact them for past 2 months to set up an appointment. There is never anyone that answers (–1 star). The machine asks that we leave a message and they would call back but we did not receive a call back after several attempts (–1 star).
Today we finally went to the location itself at great inconvenience to us and the person was not at their desk. A notice left there to call what I assume to be his personal cell phone number (–1 star).
While we were waiting for him, I saw his appointment book through the window. It looks like they only book one person per slot. We also tried calling the phone number itself, and lo and behold, the phone inside rings, and no one is there to answer.
After the person (who called himself the store «manager») finally arrived, he notified us that there are no bookings available before the date the voucher expires and they would charge an extra amount to book us in afterwards. He even told us that he doesn’t know how we could have not had our calls returned as he already made 20 return calls that morning. My question is… why does he not ever pick up the phone?!? (–1 star)
Finally, what kind of business advertises something and not have the capacity to handle the load? By the amount of sales of the coupon, they should have realized they needed more people.
There are some serious managerial issues if the customer interacting «manager» can treat customers that way. Seems like other reviewers aren’t even happy with the quality of the service either, so I really do not see a plus side to this place at all!

I bought a WagJag voucher for detailing @ $ 39 and it expires on September 28 2013.
I clearly still have time and it has not expired, yet Every Last Detail is asking me to pay an additional $ 20 because they can’t provide me an appointment until October. They said I had ample time to make an appointment prior to the expiry date.
When does anyone buy a voucher and is expected to use it up as soon as possible, when it has not expired?
I feel that I’m being forced to pay the additional $ 20 or forfeit my voucher altogether. This is not right, and not proper customer service from Every Last Detail. If they’re selling detailing vouchers with WagJag and other deal site. They should consider whether they can handle the volume, and if they can’t then they shouldn’t be offering the deals in the first place!

I had a fab find for this location. I got my can cleaned here and was happy with the service and the quality of their work. I have to young kids and use my car for work, it was a real mess. Thank you!

This was the most amazing cleaning my SUV ever had!!! My car was like new! And that is saying something because I have 3 kids under 5.

I was just a every last detail and the name says it all they were curtious on time and my car was very clean. The only downside was waiting in the mall for 2 hours (very boring) but all in all I was satasfied with ther service altho there was a wait for the appointment but both the gentelmen I spoke with were very helpful

OK, so it was actually way worse than what I thought… will upload some pics of what a lousy «detailing» job this was… floor mats were supposed to be dried per the deal, but they were not, and it took them a full 72 hours to dry out. Had to pull them out of my car every night and bring them inside, too cold outside to dry — what a drag. Pics tell the rest of the story. Avoid.
