Yes there is a ½ to 1hr wait(always), even if you make a morning appointment. However, my biggest problem with Dr. Elepano is that she is consistently booked more than a week in advance. Which means more often than not I find myself at some walk in clinic with some useless doctor that couldn’t care less about me. It doesn’t matter how good Dr. Elepano is if you don’t ever get to see her. I have never been able to get a same day, let alone a same week appointment. I only see her for a yearly check up and go to walk-ins for everything else.

Despite the more than ½ an hour wait… Despite almost every chair in the waiting room being occupied… Despite the old school décor which emulates a not-so-fresh atmosphere… I will follow Dr. Elepano to any clinic she holds her practice. She’s very thorough. She asks all the right questions(and then some) which stimulates my mind to recall symptoms I didn’t even think to discuss. She has very neat hand writing and you can always read her prescriptions and notes. She can tell you why you were there to see her years ago. Plus she has personality without over stepping the doctor-patient boundaries. If you’re looking for a family doctor and as long she’s currently accepting patients… I suggest you book her as your general health physician asap!
