I recently purchased a new home and as part of our renovations we switched the old (1954!) oil burning furnace for a new Natural Gas unit. We did the switchover while living in the house which brought on its own complications.
Brady and Seidner handled everything from start to finish. This included working with Enbridge to get the gas pipeline dug to the house, installation of the new gas unit, and getting Enbridge inspectors back in for final inspection and switch over. The inspection was flawless, and the interruption was very minimal.
Everything in my furnace room is neat and tidy, properly labeled and running smooth. The workers did not make any mess, kept all of their tools and materials clean, and made sure to cover and protect anything in the house that might be exposed to and damage.
