Aritzia fairview: 9⁄10 of the girls are nice. that 1⁄10 think they’re greater than God, just because they work there. Was given he hardest time trying to get a price adjustment that was agreed upon AND printed on the receipt at the time of purchase. The sales associate made a big scene and pushed me aside ignoring the situation and kept trying to sweep me under the rug. When I told her it must have been a miscommunication, she told me it was my fault and that her cashiers would have never did what I was saying. anyways… The talk was going nowhere so I just ended up saying forget it and called customer service, which immediately gave me my price adjustment. Thank God they know how to handle customers. The girl I dealt with was named Frannie. Very uptight, very rude, cannot deal with customers, I do not understand how she could be in retail. Regular sales associate. When I asked for the manager, she told me she was out and left it at a dead end. Aritzia, think twice before you hire these 1⁄10 girls, because now I’d rather shop online or any other location, then deal with people like her. Ruins the whole shopping experience.

Why do people leave the toilet seat up? Why do we pay obscene amounts of money for food we can easily make at home? Why do people come here? Answer: because it’s easier. But please, save yourself the grief and pain of having to push aside every teenager within a 10-km radius of this store and go visit the Aritzia at Don Mills and Lawrence. That one is about 6 times the size of this one, minus the enormous crowds of teenyboppers, minus the snooty salespeople.
