The talk was going nowhere so I just ended up saying forget it and called customer service, which immediately gave me my price adjustment. Thank God they know how to handle customers.
The girl I dealt with was named Frannie. Very uptight, very rude, cannot deal with customers, I do not understand how she could be in retail. Regular sales associate. When I asked for the manager, she told me she was out and left it at a dead end.
Aritzia, think twice before you hire these ¹⁄₁₀ girls, because now I’d rather shop online or any other location, then deal with people like her. Ruins the whole shopping experience.
