We don’t sell tires to get you in the door to up sell you to expensive repairs. We also assist you with Wheel and Tire Packages, Winter Rims, Custom Wheels, Tire services, changeovers and rotations.

I’ll be the first to admit I don’t know much about tires. That’s why I go to professionals and ask questions! Whoever helped me didn’t have much patience with me after a bit. I just felt generally uncomfortable with their service.

Many people in here with different experiences. I will give mine.
As you can see by my star rating my experience at tireland was not a good one. Nothing major but I was treated very badly.
I went to tireland to have my tires checked. They told me that I needed new ones so I told them I wanted to ask another stores opinion. This is when the guy working got upset and asked me if I thought he was a liar and if I want to go check somewhere else I might as well get my tires changed there.
I didn’t argue or get mad I just left and went somewhere else.
So ya… take what you want from my experience at tireland.

I went to tireland a few months ago but the experience has stuck with me so I finally decided to write a review.
I had to get quotes for new tires for my dad’s truck. I don’t know much about trucks so when I saw that tireland was a local store I thought they would be helpful.
Boy was I wrong! The guy at the front laughed in my face when I couldn’t describe a tool I was talking about. They treated me like they thought I was stupid. So I left and took my dad’s truck to Canadian Tire. They were at least nice and explained to me how things work.
Rude mean people is all I can say about MY EXPERIENCE at tireland.

I was reading though others’ comments and I was surprised to see any bad ratings. That is what caused me to write my own review as I wanted to say that everyone at Tireland was great to me! No problems with service or anything. What is most important is that I will be back.
And to the guy who was handicapped and had a poor experience, I am too and they were very accommodating to me. I believe that we get used to the disabled-​accommodation factor, and that it can lend to hypersensitivity when our expectations are not met. The staff were very nice to me, so I can only guess that either you or they had a bad day.

Shocking unprofessionalism.
I’ll let the story speak for itself: I had purchased lug nuts from Tireland and they were faulty. So no big deal I thought i’ll just go back and return them. I called in advance and asked them to save a parking spot for me in the back, as I’m handicapped and need to be close to the door. When I arrived, there were no parking spots available so I called the owner he told me i’d have to park on the street. Instead of making a fuss I decided to comply and park on the street. I walked in and was ignored for roughly 5 minutes. Once I was finally helped, he refused to take back the faulty lug nuts I had just purchased, and exchange them for new ones. All the while he was being exceptionally rude. I dislike confrontation, so I decided to go somewhere else and buy proper lug nuts. What a horrible, awful experience.

Service from the employee was really appreciated, Understood what i was needing and looking for, Wasn’t pushy, offered me a couple of price ranges which were significantly below a couple of quotes from another shop I was at. They stayed late to put the new tires on as well as I was headed out of town for a road trip and got this flat.

In these days of mass production, it is refreshing to deal with a company that still values, and provides, personal attention. Paul and his team at Tireland Performance Centre do just that. I have dealt with them on three different occasions, and every time they have endevoured to save money by sourcing the cheapest, yet most suitable option for me. I ended up paying much less than I thought I would and, on top of that, I have the comfort of knowing knowledgeable experts to go back to in case something goes wrong. I highly recommend Tireland Performance Centre on 300 East Esplanade, North Vancouver without hesitation.

Wow. Unimpressed. Have not seen such incompetence and rude sarcasm at point of sale. Could have easily explained why service could not be rendered instead owner decides to insult by way of sarcasm. Want to avoid rude people… dont go there.
