They replaced the broken screen on my IPhone with inferior glass. It cracked within days and rather than replace it they accused me of dropping the phone. The glass they used was not only of poor quality, it was also not a proper fit. The original screen is beveled at the edges. The replacement screen was flat on top — changing the dimensions of the phone edge. Stay away!!!

I’ve been a customer of this business on 2 occasions. Both times they fixed the problem quickly and effectively. I felt that their price was very fair.
I’ll be back to have my MacBook Pro fixed.

They told me they could fix my cracked screen for $ 120 over the phone.
I went to see them. They opened my phone. They they told me it would cost me $ 210.
I had phoned around and I knew other shops could fix it for $ 160. So I told them to give me back the phone. They gave it back to me opened. I was ok with it since I was taking it to another shop. When I got to the other shop they told me that the buttons were missing.
I called TechnoElectro back and they wouldn’t make themselves responsible for it. They were even rude about it. They finally promised they would get new buttons, which of course they never have. I had to buy new buttons, I took it back to the shop that fixed my screen and they now tell me that even the contacts are missing.
So they lied to me about the price, they lost buttons and contacts and they wouldn’t make themselves responsible for it. Horrible customer service.

If you need something repaired your better off going on youtube and doing it yourself than having these yahoos attempt to fix it. What i got back is now considered damaged and there is no way they do apple warranty work because im pretty sure my warranty is now gone since they glued my ipod back together. Stay away. I don’t imagine they will be in business for long.
